In Little Rock, Wednesday, the state Court of Appeals, upheld the conviction of the Drew County Circuit Court in the case of an Oakland, California man, Kendrick Darrough, who was arrested in January, 2005, and charged with possession of cocaine and marijuana, with intent to deliver.

Darrough was appealing his conviction, and 90 year prison sentence, because he felt there was not enough evidence.  The Appeals Court denied his appeal.

State drug enforcement agents found 3 containers of cocaine, and over 80 bags of marijuana in his vehicle.
