UAM To Present Two Performances
Published by News Release November 2nd, 2007 in UAM News.The Music Theater Workshop at the University of Arkansas at Monticello will present two performances of Mozart’s “Cosi fan tutte” November 8-9 at 7:30 p.m. in the Fine Arts Center auditorium. Admission is free and open to the public.
The production will include the opera’s first act, which tells the story of an aging bachelor and philosopher who bets his two younger friends that their fiancés would be unfaithful to them if given the right opportunity.
The cast includes John Gladden, a senior music major from Monticello, Rayburn Ezell, Jr., a senior music major from Redfield, David Vaughn, a sophomore music major from Monticello, Regina Vaughn, a senior music major from Monticello, Genevieve Huggins, a sophomore early childhood education major from Warren, and Ashley Couch, a sophomore music education major from White Hall.
