High school seniors and their parents will be guests of the University of Arkansas at Monticello February 8 and 11 from 9:30 a.m. to 12 noon for Weevil Welcome Days.

The event, which is being sponsored by the Office of Admissions, begins in the UAM Fine Arts Center and includes tours of the campus and residence facilities. Prospective students and their parents will receive information about admission, scholarships, financial aid, how to select a major, and extracurricular activities. Representatives from the UAM Colleges of Technology at Crossett and McGehee will be available to discuss technical options.

Students and parents planning to attend Weevil Welcome Days are asked to RSVP by February 5 by calling the Office of Admissions at (800) 844-1826 or (870) 460-1026.
