The University of Arkansas at Monticello will host a high school band camp June 15-20, according to Gary Meggs, director of bands and camp director.
          The camp will be divided into two bands. Buddy Deese, band director at Texarkana’s Texas High, will direct the first honor band. Johnny McBee, director of the Warren High School band, will also serve as a guest director.
         Each of the bands will perform on Friday, June 20 beginning at 1 p.m. in the UAM Fine Arts Center. The concerts are free and open to the public.
