UAM Announces Spring Practice Schedule (Update)

The University of Arkansas at Monticello football team announced its spring practice schedule Wednesday. The Weevils will be back on the practice field as a full team for the first time since sports came to a halt in March last year.
“Really looking forward to spring,” Weevils Head Coach Hud Jackson said. “We are hoping to have some sense of normalcy so that our guys and coaches can feel productive. We have a great group of players that are working extremely hard in the weight room right now and are looking forward to competing in the spring.”
UPDATE:
UAM will take the field for its first practice March 15. The Weevils have two scrimmages on the schedule that will be played at Cotton Boll Stadium.
The Weevils Spring Game will be April 15 at 6 p.m. from Cotton Boll Stadium as well.
The coaching staff has been working hard to retool and reload the roster bringing in 27 signees from seven different states on National Signing Day Feb. 3.
