I agree with everything said in this article. Additionally, it would be nice if the drivers would ensure our lids on our containers are closed after emptying. On days it is raining or if it rains later in the day after trash pick up…quite often my trash can has quite a bit of rain in it. About 60% of the time the lid is open when the trash can is placed on the ground. Once the rain is emptied, the can needs time to dry out before place new trash inside.
