Thursday Shooting in Monticello
Published by Joe Burgess July 5th, 2008 in Police /Legal.According to the Monticello Police Dept., Gail Bell of South Pine Street, was the victim of a shooting Thursday afternoon.
Details in the case are unclear, as the investigation continues.

I find that it is really sad when people make up stories when they dont have the facts. I am the one who got shot it was a freak accident. The little boy that shot me wasnt trying to hurt me the bullet bounced off something. I just pray that he learns a lesson from this. Guns are not toys. It was only the grace of God i wasn’t severely hurt. I feel like the parents should be held respnsible for accidents such as the one I was in.
There are no such things as accidents in God’s universe, maybe this will be a wake up call. Things will come full circle in time.
