“Strong Women” Strength Training Program Planned for August
July 31st, 2009 by Drew County OfficesStrong Women will begin again in Drew County in August. Strong Women is a strength training program which is based upon extensive scientific research. The groups meet twice each week for approximately one hour . The session will be conducted for at least 12 weeks and there will be a yearly fee of $12.
Participants will need 2, 3, or 5 pound dumbbells and adjustable ankle weights. An exercise mat or towel may also be desirable. A location for this workshop is being worked on at the current time. If you are interested in participating in this class, please contact Donna Francis at 460-6270.
