Students were recognized at the Monticello School Board meeting Tuesday, May 20, for their achievements at the Arkansas state Skills USA competition in Hot Springs.  Eighteen Monticello OEC students competed in seven different Skills USA competition areas.  A total of 1,854 students from across Arkansas competed in 76 different contest areas.
