State & Defense Rest Murder Case

After 1:30, when the court and returned to session, the prosecution presented more law-enforcement, followed by a crime lab testimony.
After the state rested, the defense did not called any witnesses. Their defense was basically built into the cross examination of law-enforcement in crime lab testimony.
The defense rested, jury instructions follow.
The jury went into deliberations around 4:45 PM.
