The Drew Central Second Grade have been studying Arkansas History in the month of May and to “top” it off, they hosted an Arkansas History Spelling Bee.
The children had to spell words such as Monticello, white-tailed deer, quartz crystal, and many other Arkansas related words. They did an awesome job and their parents are proud!! 1st through 8th places are represented. Starting from left:  Regan Berryman, Lexy Howard, Ania Washington, Abby Sass, Nathan Boykin, Gary Lucas, ReAnna Stewart and Auburney Tuckerson.
