Snow Sentenced to 3 Years for Probation Revokation
Published by Joe Burgess April 10th, 2008 in Police /Legal.David Colby Snow went before the Drew County Circuit Court Tuesday, and was sentenced to serve 3 years in the Arkansas Department of Correction for the charges of criminal mischief (over $500) and battery in the second degree.
Snow had been convicted of the crimes in November, 2006. Since that time, Snow has been found to have commited battery III, been assiociated with a convicted felon, and has been found intoxicated by law enforcement officers.
Snow was also present during the execution of a search warrant by the Drug Task Force, and found to be in possession of a controlled substance.
After the hearing Tuesday, Snow was taken into custody by the Drew County Sheriff’s Dept. and will be housed at the County Detention Facility until bed space is available with the Department of Correction.

Its about time that people put on probation that keep messing up have to pay the consequences!
I just feel sorry for his family having to go through this just because he choose not to straighten up….
