the nature of the crime as well as prior history the statute reads that he will serve 11 years if given credit for good behavior, however if ADC doesnt allow for that then he’ll serve all 23 years. No Parole

That is not long enough time to spend in prison.
The lady will have only 7 years of peace then she will have to worry about him coming after her again.

That man is not crazy, he tried to kill that poor woman TWICE, but God let her live for a reason.
