The Drew County Sheriff’s Office urges night drivers to use extreme caution during this time of year.

According to Chief Deputy Robin Hood, one recent evening, there were at least 4-5 accidents involving deer and automobiles.  One of these accidents involved a motorcycle.

“With the temperatures dropping, the deer are moving around,” added Chief Hood, “especially this week.”
