Sex Offender Arrested for Stalking/Harrassing Local Women

Steven Jeffery Riva, a 42-year-old Tennessee Registered Sex Offender, currently registered and living in Crossett, was arrested Monday for allegedly leaving notes on 4 female driver’s vehicles on the Walmart parking lot, then watching until they reach their cars.
One of the ladies noticed him, causing him to leave. It was reported that he was driving a black SUV with a LYFT (similar to Uber) sticker on the windshield.
It was reported that he was driving south on Highway 425, avoiding contact by law-enforcement. He was arrested by Crossett police dept, later that evening.
He was transported back to Monticello and held in the county jail, charged with misdemeanor harassment and misdemeanor stalking, before bonding out.
His prior charges include exposing himself to a minor, theft and drug charges.
He is described as being a white male with blue eyes, brown hair, 5 ft 10 in tall, weighing 195 pounds. He is also identifiable by having multiple burns and scars on both arms.
