School Of Forest Resources Presents Faculty Awards
Published by UAM News May 17th, 2008 in UAM News.Dr. Tamara Walkingstick, extension forestry specialist with the University of Arkansas’ Arkansas Forest Resources Center (AFRC), was selected to receive the 2007-08 Outstanding Faculty Award at a recent honors reception.
Walkingstick is responsible for a broad range of adult and youth programs and coordinates forestry and wildlife program delivery statewide for Arkansas. Based in Little Rock, Walkingstick also serves as the associate director of the Arkansas Forest Resources Center for Extension. Pictured at right is Dr. Richard Kluender, dean of the UAM School of Forest Resources and director of the AFRC.
