The Arkansas Development Finance Authority Board of Directors recently selected the Ridgeway Hotel Project to receive $345,035 in federal low-income housing tax credits.

ADFA reviewed the 2008 multi-family housing application, submitted by the MEDC, and determined that it satisfies the requirements for allocation of a housing credit under the Housing Credit Program’s 2008 Qualified Allocation Plan.
