Drew County Relay for Life planning committee will be meeting on Tuesday October 7th at noon in the dinning room of Union Bank. Lunch will be provided.

We would like to invite anyone interested in helping with this great event to attend. With your help we can better fight the battle of cancer. WE are encouraging members from all churches, schools, employee groups and even neighborhoods to join us. We have a place on our committee for everyone.

Our date is set for April 24, 2009 and we have reserved the park again for our location. This month we will be compiling a list of prospective teams and sponsors for the relay, so if you are not able to attend, but think you may want to participate in another way please contact Sandra Norris at 723-2920.

The American Cancer Society Relay for Life represents the hope that those lost to cancer will never be forgotten, that those who face cancer will be supported and that one day cancer will be eliminated.
