James Randle went before the Drew County Circuit Court Monday, charged with intimidating a (second) witness.

Randle was earlier convicted of 2nd degree battery, 1st degree false imprisonment, and 1st degree terroristic threatening, and was sentenced to the Arkansas Department of Correction.  He was charged with intimidating a witness to prevent them from testifying against him in that trial.

Randle has been accused, this time, of intimidating another witness, in reference to an un-truthful juror.

Randle’s bond was revoked by the Court.
