Prosecutor Asking for Public’s Help Locating Robbery Suspect

An arrest warrant has been issued by the Chicot County Circuit Court for
a 23 year old Monticello man, for residential burglary and theft of property.
The warrant was issued in connection with the burglary of a house on West
Daniels Street in Dermott on the morning of January 8. A quantity of
firearms and electronics were stolen from the residence.
A vehicle believed to have been used in the burglary, a black 2012 Honda
Civic, was located in Monticello at the Monticello Estates apartment complex
the following day. It was seized by police. Evidence of the burglary was
recovered from the vehicle.
Paul Contres Dotson is a former Dermott resident who had reportedly been staying with a friend in Monticello. It is requested that anyone with information as to
his whereabouts notify local law enforcement or call the Arkansas State
Police at (870) 226-3713.
