Power and Stop Lights, and Some Phones Out of Service at 9:20 AM

As you can tell by this photo taken around 9 a.m. east of Monticello, this afternoon’s possible frozen rain has arrived early.
Ice patches currently cover several areas of local roadways, NOT just bridges and overpasses.
Appearantly the weather conditions have contributed to the failure or power to the Stop Lights at 425 & 278, as well as 425 & Old Warren Road.
Phone service to some areas are out as well.
If you must travel, be extremely careful, the roadways are very slick
