For emergency and non-emergency issues in the Monticello / Drew County area, CALL 911, due to the current telephone service.

This communications failure eliminates many residents only line of communication to the Monticello Police Department, Drew County Sheriff, Monticello Fire Dept, Courthouse or City Hall.

Is the service AT&T or CCC? This has got to stop!
Everything I hear is AT&T, ot their associated carriers.
This affects a wider area than just Drew County/ Monticello.
Just when you deal with super size conglomerate companies, you can’t get confirmation.
The people and businesses that i know used AT&T for phone service, during the problem period, were working just fine. I know this because I had no problems calling their landlines. The only ones that I had problems contacting were ones who used the other option.
