Pirates Defeat Cedar Ridge 38-22

Highlighting the Pirates offense were:
Mike WIlliams, who rushed for 140 yards, with 1 touchdown.
Terrence Newman, with 145 receiving yards, along with 1 TD.
And, quarterback Landon Owens, who threw for 270 yards, and also was involved in 2 touchdowns,
It was a good game, and a good way to get the 2008 season underway.
The Pirates welcome McGehee next Friday, at DC’s first home game of the season, so come on out to the game
