Monticello Billies senior Seth Oxner has been nominated for the high school Earl Leggett Award which recognizes the best offensive lineman in the country. Oxner has verbally committed to playing for the University of Arkansas next fall. You’re encouraged to vote for Seth here. He is currently leading among all nominees.
