Outstanding Juror Checks
May 11th, 2017 by iPhoneThe Drew County Circuit Clerk’s office has a number of checks that were mailed to jurors following their service in recent years, but never cashed.
Anyone who has served on a jury since the beginning of 2015 but never cashed their check is encouraged to do so as soon as possible.
Jurors who believe they were owed money but have lost their checks are encouraged to contact the circuit clerk’s office at 870-460-6250.
A list of outstanding checks is maintained at the office, and if a juror’s name is on that list, they can receive a replacement check.
This should be done prior to June 1, 2017.
