Saturday, August 23rd 9am-2pm at Harper Law Office

FORMS: Forms may be picked up at the Harper Law Office starting July 28th at 426 West McCloy Street and must be returned no later than August 23rd. No Exceptions!!!
Forms may be mailed to: MYSA / P.O. Box 1545 / Monticello, AR 71657
COST: $50.00 per child/$125.00 (siblings three or more)
WHO: Co-ed sport for children ages 4-15. Cut off date is September 15th.
Players will be notified by September 1st. Games will start September 15th.
