Monticello Schools Accepting Bids to remove/replace tile in MHS restrooms.

Monticello School District will accept bids to remove and replace all ceramic tiles at the Monticello High School boy’s and girl’s restrooms
for a total of two.

Bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 30, 2017.
Send bids to David Lawson at 603 Jordan Drive or Monticello School District at 935 Scogin Drive-Monticello, AR 71655. The Monticello School District has the right to reject any or all bids.
Specifications:
1. Bidder must provide bid bond or cashier’s check for 5% of bid if bid exceeds $20, 000.
2. The successful bidder must provide a 100% Performance Bond if bid exceeds $20,000.
3. The successful bidder must provide proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance and amount of coverage. If proof is not provided the school will provide Worker’s compensation Insurance and deduct the premiums from bid price.
4. Bid price is to be the total cost of the job including taxes and fees.
5. Small, minority, and women’s business enterprises are encouraged to bid on the project.
6. All work is to be completed as soon as possible.
7. All bidders must hold a valid Arkansas Contractor’s license.
8. Warranty must be stated in bid.
9. Any damage to premises is the responsibility of the successful bidder.
10. The Monticello School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
11. All bidders are responsible for checking the site location.
12. Bidder assurance and disclosure forms must be completed and returned with the bid.
