Cantrell Monk, a resident of Pilgrim’s Rest was arrested Friday afternoon on felony charges of burglary and theft.

Reports indicate that Monk entered a mail truck, and removed a package.

According to Monticello Police Lt. John Dement, Monk was also charged with illegally entering a postal vehicle.
