Monticello Police Dept. Announces Promotions

Monticello Police Chief Robert Rosegrant, Friday, announced the promotion of two officers.
Hank Hollinger (left photo)has been promoted to the rank of Sargent, and Steven Stain has achieved the position of Lieutenant.
