Monticello Man Arrested on Rape Charges

December 22nd, 2007 by Joe Burgess

James Green Jr., of Monticello, was recently arrested by the Monticello Police Dept.

Green was charged with rape, kidnapping, and terroristic threatening.

Green is still being held in the County Detention Facility.
