Monticello Intermediate School recently held their annual Field Day.  Activities were organized for the classes to participate in on a rotation basis with parent volunteers and school personnel in charge of the various stations.

A rubric was used to rate each class on their sportsmanship and the winning classes will be in possession of the grade-level trophy for the next year.

Classes which won the sportsmanship award were 3rd grade: Mrs. Rene’ Teater’s class, 4th grade: Mrs. Elizabeth Nowlen’s class, and 5th grade: Mrs. Britnee Wright’s class. MIS would like to extend a special thanks to all parents and school staff who assisted with the field day activities.
