Midway Route Resident Arrested on Domestic Battery Charges Yesterday

According to Sheriff’s Dept. reports, Timothy Edward Cater of Midway Route was arrested Monday on charges of domestic battery, 2nd degree.

Cater was being held in the Drew County Detention Facility as of Tuesday afternoon, pending a hearing.
