MIS bookfair needs to be checked out

Delighted looks and wide eyes greet parent volunteers and teachers this week and next as students at Monticello Intermediate School participate in the Scholastic Books Bookfair. Students are allowed to shop for books for a short time during the day in the library under the supervision of librarian Terri Longing. A portion of the proceeds from the books sales goes back to MIS.

Bookfair time was my favorite as a student and as a teacher. Hope the kids are still enjoying getting books at great prices!
I visited the bookfair on Thursday this week and was very pleased. The selection was great!
