McKievers – Mixing Tradition & Changes in Business
November 15th, 2012 by Joe BurgessMcKievers, on HWY 425 South, formerly known as McKiever Packing, is still owned and operated by the McKiever family, and has added many products and services, in recent times.
They have a deli available and carry many convience store items, as well as wholesale and retail meat, paper, and feed products (including Prime Quality and Victor Foods).
In 1976, the building was known as a slaughter and packing house, but in 2011, slaughter was discontinued, and the facility was remodeled.
But they still are know for the “family tradition” of quality meat products, just check out the attached list.
Of course, it’s deer season, so remember them for your deer processing needs. McKievers, call 367-9427.
