William Josh Hayes, of McGehee was arrested Thursday and charged with Criminal Mischief and Residential Burglary, following breaking into a residence on Skipper Bridge Road, in the eastern edge of Drew County.

Hayes had earlier gone to the residence, impersonating an exterminator, then returned, kicked the back door in, and removed property from inside of the residence.

Hayes was arrested by the Drew County Sheriff’s Department, and was being held in the County Detention Facility Friday, awaiting his first appearance hearing later in the day.
