Monticello Mayor Zack Tucker was officially charged with two counts, tampering with public record and abuse of office, Friday, by 10th judicial district prosecuting attorney Thomas Deen.

I agree he needs to be arrested like the city employee was arrested
Let me make sure I understand this. $1,600 and one count of abuse of office will get you arrested and a mugshot on the Internet. Over $10,000 and two counts of abuse of office and you get a glamorous picture of you smiling, and let’s not forget the get out of jail free card. Really?
