On March 19, Mayor Rogers attended an Intermodal Authority meeting in Monticello at Commercial Bank.

On March 24, Mayor Rogers drew the winning ticket for the handmade quilt given away by the Drew Memorial Hospital Auxiliary. 

On March 27, Mayor Rogers attended an Arkansas Biofuels Conference that featured United States Representative Mike Ross that was held at Fine Arts Center Auditorium at the University of Arkansas at Monticello.

On March 28, Mayor Rogers attended a UAM Pool meeting that was open to the public to discuss options of renovating and reopening the UAM Pool.

Also on March 28, Mayor Rogers attended a Delta Regional Authority meeting in Pine Bluff.

On April 2, Mayor Rogers attended a Monticello Economic Development Commission meeting held at the University Center Conference Room at the University of Arkansas at Monticello.

On April 10, Mayor Rogers attended a SEAEDD meeting in Sheridan.

Patched the road on Ragland Avenue

Repaired a water leak at the Monticello High School, also repaired water leaks on South Maple Street, West College Street, South Edwards Street, Bowser Road, and on Fall Street

Repaired the sewer problems on Oakland Avenue and Maria Drive, West Wood Street, East Oakland Street and Oak Street, Market Street, East Watts Street, North Gabbert Street, Jordan Drive, Old Warren Road, East Wood Street and Winchester Road, East Bolling Avenue, South Pine Street, and Bolling Avenue, Bell Street, and in Mason Hill

Replaced and repaired the pump gasket on Bowser Road at the Lift Station

Meter Tap on East McCloy Street, Katie Lane,and at Pinecrest Drive

Cleaned out the culverts on Calhoun Street

Cleaned out the ditches on East Bolling Avenue, East Pauline Street, South Conley Street, North Larkin Street, and at Jackson Street

Cleaned up the fallen tree on Oakland and Main Street and on East Pope Street

Repaired a water and sewer main on Cooper Street

Repaired a sewer line in Western Pine
