Johnny Mann was sentenced to serve a sentence of 6 years in the Arkansas Dept. of Correction by Circuit Judge Sam Pope, Thursday, in Drew County Circuit Court.

Mann was convicted of second degree battery, and failure to stop a vehicle after an accident which involved an injury.

Mann was found guilty of both charges, individually, by a Drew County jury, and sentenced to serve 3 years on BOTH charges, consecutively.

Court records indicate that Mann was ”doing donuts in a parking lot, and backed into the victim’s car at a high rate of speed”, before leaving the scene.

Mann was taken to the Drew County Detention Facility after his trial.
