Main Street Business Owner Enters Business at 3:30 am, & Confronts Burglar Inside
October 20th, 2010 by Joe BurgessWard Rabb, of Rabb Construction was on his way out of town, early Tuesday morning, and stopped by his South Main Street office to pick up something he’d left there.
Upon entering the business, he heard a noise in another room, and soon found a burglar inside the office.
Rabb called the Monticello Police who soon arrived and arrested the 19 year old Monticello resident.
Alex Selzer was taken into custody and charged with commercial burglary.
Selzer’s bond was set at $1,500 in Monticello District Court. He remains in the Drew County Detention Facility, as of Wednesday morning.
