“Log Truck” Towed–Driver Arrested
June 22nd, 2009 by Joe Burgess
Friday morning, around 10:30, Arkansas Highway Police stopped this work truck, pulling a large load of logs on an attached trailer, and called for the vehicle(s) to be towed.
The situation was described as “an out-of-service driver operating an out-of-service vehicle”.
Highway Police policy doesn’t release information before trials are held, but unofficial sources implied that the driver was driving on suspended license and did not have a CDL.
Triple A Towing removed the truck and trailer.

I think people need 2 mind there own business. this story was so uncalled for. this man has a woman and 3 babies at home, just trying 2 make a living. we know the law is the law but it doesnt mean the whole town has 2 know about it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This story shouldn’t have made the news. You making a big deal out of nothing. Theres people out there that should make the news but dont simply because of their name……He is a church going family man.
Im sure there are a lot of people who make the news that really dont want anybody to know about it but that doesnt stop everyone from reading it when they see it. The man’s name is not even listed. I wonder how the ones who are complaining about this story found out about it. I bet its because they went to MonticelloLive “NEWS” web site and read it!
There was not any names in the articles so we do know know to whom it was speaking of. I am glad he was stopped because what if he would’ve wreck and killed someone or a family, then he would have to live with that and it would have been more charges on him. So it probably worked out for the best.
My LORD said obey the laws of the land.Has nothing to do with him being a good man.He was in danger himself.Maybe he can find a safer way to haul his logs that is legal.
THE LAW APPLIES TO EVERYONE! LAWS ARE IN PLACE IN ORDER TO KEEP THE REST OF US SAFE! NO MATTER HOW GOOD OF A PERSON YOU ARE, IF YOU ARE BREAKING THE LAW, THEN YOU DESERVE TO BE PUNISHED. THANK GOODNESS NOONE WAS HURT BY HIS RECKLESSNESS!
He wasnt drinking and driving he dont do drugs….He wouldnt have killed no one as some of u are posting….They wanted new bunks on truck is all…I know him personally
