Dear Dr. Turner and staff (melissa)
My heart is very saddened and so is my family. I have been with you guys since day one. I stayed with Dr. Turner after my very dear friend Dr. McKiever became ill. I miss him dearly, but I have faith and I believe that God is going to heal Doc and he will come back and have a testimony. As for Dr. Turner and family, we will miss you dearly,it took me a while and my girls just got used to you and now you are leaving us. Andre will miss you also and he wants to thank you for all the things that you have done for us. Continue to be who you are and treat everybody right and God will continue to shine upon you and your family.

    God Bless

    To all of our patients:
The decision to take the postion at the with the Arkansas Dept. of Corrections was one of the hardest decisions I think Dr. Turner has ever had to make. He really hated to leave all of us. On a good note, he and his family will continue to live in Monticello, and for that, I am happy. We will miss every single one of our patients. We strived to have a medical practice where people did not dread going to see “the doctor”. I wish the best for Dr. Turner and his family. I will miss my best friend, my doctor, and MY JOB dearly. It has been a pleasure taking care of all of you. For those of you who do not know Dr. Fakouri, I have met with him and his staff and I truly believe he will serve your medical needs well. Please welcome him back into the community. We are very fortunate he decided to practice medicine in his home town, Monticello. If anyone has any questions, or needs anything, please call the clinic number 367-3232, and either Dr. Turner or I will call you back. We will continue to be in and out of the clinic until October the 17th. We wish you all good health, and we will miss you.
