Louisiana is now at the State Line on 425 with a four lane hy. Will Arkansas take this on to Pine Bluff and when. Louisian has took a lot of land from the people along 425. Arkansa will do the same when this road is done. I live in La. and worked 40 years in Ark. till I retired. Ark. has good roads over La. I see no need for as many four lane. I have always been able to go on a two lane road where I need. They just take land from the people and call there working for the people good.
