Parolee Arrested for Breaking & Entering—Theft of Vehicle
Published by Joe Burgess November 14th, 2008 in Police /Legal.Reggie Wherry, of Monticello, was arrested Wednesday night by the Monticello Police, and was charged with breaking & entering, criminal mischief, and theft of a vehicle. These are being filed as felony charges.
According to the Police Dept. Wherry was on parole at the time of his arrest, and will likely have his first appearance hearing on Friday. Wherry is currently in the County Detention Facility.

Reggie Wherry was arrested last week for a theft of a vehicle, that occurred last November.
Wherry was developed as a suspect, arrested, and charged with Theft of Property over $2,500, by the Monticello Police Dept.
