Lady Driving Around Barracade gets Stuck, Towed, & Ticket

Around 7 PM Friday, a lady decided to drive around the barracade marking a downed tree and possible power line, in South Edwards Street. The cars tire got stuck, and the police and C & L Wrecker was call.
If a live power line had been present, anyone stepping out of the vehicle could possibly have been electocuted.
