A MonticelloLive reader asked recently about the cameras on the new traffic lights located at the Walmart entrance on Highway 425. A quick phone call to the the Arkansas State Highway Department sheds light on the subject. They’re not cameras at all, just sensors to help regulate the flow of traffic.
