Jury Duty Canceled & More Circuit Court Informations

Jury Duty has been canceled for the remainder of the week, according to Drew County Circuit Clerk Beverly Burks. Jurors do NOT need to report.
Also, since the courthouse is closed to the public until further notice, the circuit clerk’s office will try our best to help customers via phone, fax and email. The circuit clerk’s office phone number is 870-460-6250, our fax is 870-460-6255.
Child support payments may be deposited in one of the two drop boxes in front of the courthouse (marked for solid waste and tax payments, but they will get the child support payments to us). We will be glad to mail you a receipt.
Call us for other issues including orders of protection or recording documents. This is an unprecedented situation, but we will do our best to continue to serve our customers while protecting everyone’s health to the greatest extent possible.
