How Far Can a Balloon Travel Overnight??-Report From MES

Yesterday, students at Monticello Elementary School released 100 ballons, in recognition of the 100th day of school.
This morning, they received an e-mail stating that some of their balloons had been found 261 miles away in Blue Springs, MS.
These balloons were found about 8:30 this morning by a man taking his son to school.
MES was surprised and excited to receive a response so soon.
