GOVERNOR BEEBE AUTHORIZES ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR GUSTAV RESPONSE
Published by Governor Mike Beebe September 2nd, 2008 in State, Weather.Governor Mike Beebe today authorized an additional $300,000 from Arkansas’s Emergency Response Fund for state response to Hurricane Gustav.
These funds were requested for additional resources needed to meet the needs of evacuees who have sought refuge in Arkansas.
Last Friday, the Governor released $250,000 from Arkansas’s Emergency Response Fund.
