Free Training–Safe Children-Laws and Resources
Published by News Release August 24th, 2008 in Other stuff.This training will provide participants with an opportunity to learn more about laws that govern child health issues; and resources available to assist providers and parents. Specifics covered will include Act 13 which governs children exposed to secondhand smoke in vehicles; Act 470 which governs child passenger safety in automobiles; and safety initiatives for homes/schools/communities. Participants will receive information about free local resources for parents and those working with families.
