A jury of his peers found Tony Forrest not guilty of DWI 4, with their verdict Thursday, in a case heard before the Drew County Circuit Court.

Forrest was charged with DWI around March 1, 2007, and since he had been convicted of DWI 3 times in the past 5 years, could have received a sentence of between 1-6 years in the Arkansas Dept. of Correction.
